The Adrian Power Trio played a short but very inspired set of rocking guitar tunes! Adrian really enjoyed himself onstage. He ‘gierde de bocht uit’! Although it was mainly the same song material from the tours in the past three years, it still sounded fresh. After the show I met up with tour manager André Chalmondeley (also guitar player in Zappa cover band Project/Object), and a bit later with the entire band. Later that night we had a drink with Adrian in café ‘De Zwarte Draak’ in Den Haag. What a nice man! (There are links to my youtube movies at the bottom of this post.)
